Current State Beach day-use hours are 6 AM–10 PM; entry gates close at 9 PM. No overnight camping; Snowy Plover nesting reserve prohibits trespass. Ordinary address is not a festival entrance or beach trail. Ordinary arrival does not identify an entrance, indoor path or accessibility.
